Meg Mina

General Manager

Meg Mina is the General Manager of Marbled & Fin, where she brings over two decades of industry experience and expertise to the modern steakhouse concept from The Neighborhood Dining Group.

A native New Yorker, Mina recognized from an early age that restaurants were far more than places to dine—they were havens for bringing people together, evoking emotion, and creating lasting memories. After earning her degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Fordham University, she pursued her passion for hospitality and wine, becoming a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and a certified educator and Diploma candidate with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.

Her fifteen years in New York City’s dynamic, fast-paced dining scene included leadership roles at Michelin-starred and critically acclaimed institutions such as Carbone and Blue Hill at Stone Barns. In 2019, Mina relocated to the Lowcountry and soon joined Easton Porter Group, where she rose quickly from General Manager and Beverage Director at The Restaurant at Zero George to Regional Restaurant Director, overseeing multiple award-winning restaurants and leading management teams across the company.

An integral part of the team at Marbled & Fin since January, Mina focuses on streamlining service, refining team communication, and providing meaningful mentorship. She believes that hospitality begins with the team, and her people-first leadership style—both behind the scenes and in the dining room—fosters a culture of warmth, attentiveness, and service excellence. A firm believer in sustainability and responsible sourcing, she also encourages the team to support producers who prioritize ethical, thoughtful practices.

Beyond the restaurant, Mina is passionate about exploring the natural world—whether through travel, diving, or sustainability efforts—drawing inspiration from the cultures and landscapes around her.
